Ramin, Thank you for your reply. Could you also answer the following questions? Are you using SGI machines to do the Simulation Studies? Is your simulation dynamic? That is, if you are simulating a brain with a tumor, can a surgeon actually perfom the surgery using the computer and pretty much decide the best course of action as to how the tumor should be removed. In other words, will the simulated brain react to any operations performed on it...like the change in patient's blood pressure because of some wrong cuts etc? TIA, Arul.
