China slowly resumed atctivities from late February, and has the potential to reach full capacity by the end of Q2 2020.

And China needs all exports it can produce as GDP for Q1 drooped to unprecedented levels.
As mobilization takes usually 1 month, it means April is ramping up time and May-June it will be firing all cylinders
