Mark; That was my plan if Jobs failed, stage a hostile takeover from the grass roots to get Apple back on track. If Oracle and Apple join and put some nice poison pill in place they might be too big for Umax?motorola to eat. But do not bet on it. Would oracle be a better master than Umax/Mot?? I think not, and if it rears its head Umax/Mot will get a chance to stage a bidding wat and could easily beat the unpopular Oracle. I think a Umax/Mot bid would win. Bill
