Playing Stupid or Pretending to be AZNT (Stupid) He said : RMIL/OVIS was a con-job, a rip-off, they used paid promoters to place false messages about the company and it's prospects on the internet and into Email messages. The directors and owners lied to the SEC, the investing public, you, me, everyone. The chief rat is Riley G., he is the one who led the cheerlying here on SI. OVIS/RMIL basically ripped off everybody. Did I paraphrase that correctly David R. Ellen is a graduate AZNT poster, so spelling does not count (phonetic approximation is the new AZNT rule.)
