Wayne, there is the real question. If these servers are not actually taking the best, there is no law broken. It is actually not illegal to bet in the US as A@P asserts. the Kyl bill has not been passed. The judge in NY does not have jurisdiction anywhere but there and he/she is likely to be overturned by the court above, just like last year. If it is Canadian law in question, I would imagine that Starnet covered its butt pretty well. We shall see. waiting for judgement day.
