He would have to, given that if she walks, she gets an estimated $100 million, and that's probably looking very good to her right now. I am not sure she would get that much. Apparently, there is a prenup that's getting renegotiated. I am sure its not pleasant being around her these days. Tiger should have done like Jeter and skipped the marriage thing until he got older.
