Interesting post at the Motley Fool by rickisme:

When prez was asked to answer yes or no to whether if M.Lew said that he touched her breasts, would that be a lie, he referred back to his original statement about "sexual relations" under the P. Jones deposition which includes something to the effect.."sexual relations" includes "touching...with the intent to satisfy or gratify the person touched". Now, in his mind, he can truthfully answer the question by saying he had no sexual relations (meaning yes that would be a lie if ML said I touched her breasts) even though he did touch her breasts because it only gratified him, not her (in his mind) Slick huh?
