Like I said ... I agree with you. Finding a good short requires detective work and insider selling is just one piece of the puzzle. It is usually safe to say that no big takeovers or stock splits are imminent when the insiders are selling. I have no interest in CNWK but it was discussed previously here. If I had seen low volume BUYING by insiders I would sit up and take notice. good luck jim
