No difference there. What makes you think there is? the only reason that we have civil liberties is because prior members of the military stood up and fought for it. Gosh I hope not. That’ll mean either the terror war has escalated horrendously, or we've fallen for the "military as social program" B.S. It will surprise me if some sort of a draft doesn't occur within the next twelve months.
