Rich,

I think ASND was having a tough time competing against USR when USR was flying solo. I don't think their prospects improved any with the COMS/USRX merger which now creates a new powerhouse with critical mass. I think ASND will continue to be a major player and grow with the industry, however, in the long run I think some of COMS/USRX's strengthening will come at the expense of ASND. I continue to view CSCO and COMS as first tier players and ASND as a second tier player.
