One day ... extremely low volume may signal end of selling ... Speed of bears will slow down and eventually they'll stop. Sooner or later shorts will start to fear. Bulls may not come out of their camp until this. Implications ==> One day, extremely low volume. Then Bulls will start their advance, imho. Time for starting of bulls' move: After labor day.
