Yes we do all of our simulations and navigations on SGI

It depends what do you mean by dynamic. The achivemnets so far has been limited to finding the best path to the tumors by moving around vessels and nerves, etc.. So in a sense it is the volumetric navigation which has picked up. Simulating the bodies reaction to incision and surgical cuts is more of a finite element problem, and eventhough there are people working on it (Zeltzer at MIT), it is not at practical stages yet.
