here's their blurb...... [CSCO] Cisco Systems Inc ($61.875) broke a triple top at $60.00.
Moved up nicely yesterday to new chart highs. Great RS and
momentum is positive. Can buy CSCO especially on a dip. Use a stop
of 54 for traders and 50 for investors.
