I hadn't looked at the financials for a while. Since you said Mr. Heddle wasn't taking a salary, I assumed you meant he wasn't accruing a salary since that's the only option which he can control.

Obviously Mr. Heddle can't pay himself in cash since there's almost no cash on PTOI's books, so any salary has to accrue. He's technically taking compensation, contrary to your statement, but he's just not taking it out in cash as that's not an option for him. His compensation is the accrual which then can be paid if PTOI ever manages to sucker some big new investor out of his/her cash.
