To avoid accusations of speculation, insider information, motivations, or being a shill, I thought what follows would be appropriate .Hypothetically, "suppose" there was a mining company called John Doe Mining Co. Lets say that it is only a very few years young. It is really in its infancy and has not produced anything.Lets say that it has just been continually drilling and doing exploration. Brought on board are geologists who find the properties to be most favorable Production is announced to begin , when suddenly John Doe Mining is approached by Maxvalue Mining, an established mining company , that has a lot of cash and is looking to acquire, especially, in a depressed gold market, smaller companies that they believe have the goods. .............continue...........
