I received the return call from Mr. Rouse of NUZA. They owe creditors around $1,400,00 and once all is said and done $2,000,000 or less. At this point he has not received any response from accountants or lawyers mentioning anything that will be detrimental to existing shareholders during the reorganization plan, although there are no guarantees. He pointed out as probably the largest shareholder he certainly has a big interest in not seeing something such as this occur. He was very upbeat and positive regarding the future prospects. So there you go, his response, and information on bankrupcy in general. Define the risk and bet or not bet accordingly.
