that's the trouble with currency fluctuations, one country's deflation is anothers inflation, depending on which way you are looking through the two way mirror.

Likewise the dollar: the current wisdom states that the dollar will rally when our interest rates rise, however European rates might fall first resulting in the same effect. Then again it might be a little of both. In any rate I think if we do have rising rates the steps will be very orderly...bwdik.....
