Sorry.
I work with earth, concrete, premium electrical componentry, copper wiring, and rigid steel conduit usually. We do use ACSR for transmission and distribution lines as required, however.
Monel and stainless are used a little more extensively around Nukes however.
Aluminum can be used around rad work, if it's properly alloyed or lined with special material. But, that's not my bag. I do have a buddy that designs the fluxes and weldments for joining dissimilar metals for nuclear device casings; he's a PhD in Metallurgy from School of Mines and consults to Rocky Flats. He could probably make modified aluminum do just about anything.
The nice thing about engineering is that when faced with very special situations, we can always find a thoroughly qualified person do deal with the unusual specifics. We don't have to depend on Beltway BS and politics to come up with serviceable designs.
When it comes to Saddass Hussein's collection of crap, I'm sure those bozo's would use duct tape and rubber bands off the shelf if they were trying to meet that bonehead's plans for WMDs.
Funny, isn't it. An envelope with a little Anthrax or Ricin in it can shut down major facilities for months, weeks or at least days. You could hide enough of that crap in a suitcase to take out NYC and Boston. And, hiding it in the desert would be a snap - tough to find also.
Look at Clintwit. He couldn't even find a bottle of Stain Remover in the White House pantry when he needed it in a hurry....!!
