Other Must Read on BB and Net:
The October Scientific American has several good articles reviewing the varies broadband technologies, their strengths and weaknesses and some players. The articles are not overly technical but therein is their strength. They cover Cable, DSL, LMDS, Fiber to the home, and Satellites. The other "must read" is the latest big-picture piece by G Gilder in the Oct. 4, 1999 Forbes supplement called ASAP. The whole issue has entertaining reads but GG's insights are usually worth the read.
