Vartan, The Softquad management does not seem to have a strong profit motive. They have to turn this around or financial viability of the company is not real. I think the problem is profit not product. But the product will run up against the wall when the banks or anyone else will not fund expanding debt. Have seen it more than once in this industry. I am holding the stock but am not going to have very much patience with the management. The crew that has been assembled at Windstar is a crackerjack team. Have you looked at booknotes at wsj - unbelievable, also I like their agressive expansion..Should be a good stock. Joan
