Huh? 12 shareholders? That has to mean that Peggy was there? I guess why not, she is still a paid consultant, no?

Wonder if Finskiy was named the proxy for a few hundred million shares from his buddies? How would we find that out? Are there minutes or a "voting record" required to be kept and available from the transfer company or IR?
