Huh, wait a minute, I never post watchlists, I'm on record as sleeping late and caging my stocks from the work that rest of you guys do. Well, this one is no exception.
Dave Shares recently suggested I take a look at the watchlists being posted on the Strong Stocks thread. They're usually around ten picks, and the win ratio is good. They set their buy point a couple of ticks above the previous day's high, and suggest that you don't chase if the stock has gapped huge above the previous day's high or if the spread is to wide.
The authors, Sam and Kay, maintain a site they call Savvy-Trader, which I would recommend visiting, especially to those of you who haven't been trading for very long. They outline some very sensible money management and position size strategies that I think anyone would benefit from. The list above screens for faster moving stocks, they also post a list of less hyper securities.
Apparently Scott has Known Sam and Kay for awhile.I asked him if he felt it would be appropriate to post someone else's list, his reply..."Sam's picks are great - post them!"
