If you follow this thread back a little you'll see we've transversed from Singapore economic policies to US tax cuts and US tax policy to debt to the ACA to a dysfunctioning CBO website etc.

I've never understood the desire or need to limit discussions. No one is forced to join in. I also find it very odd when someone posts something in a public forum so others can respond to him and then gets upset when someone disagrees.

It's clear we live in a factless society where one side is driven by hate of the other party. Once we take away the facade behind that hate their entire belief system falls apart. When I posted the CBO projected debt numbers and additional debt created by tax cutters who lie about being fiscal conservatives they become incensed. I'm not sure why. Are the angry they were played for decades or are they angry because I pointed out they were played?

Pretending tax policy isn't about picking winners and losers is a shell game for children. The Trump trade lost every penny it made after investors learned they voted for a buffoon. Now they've grown used to the idea that capitalism can't work without government intervention and massive new debt. This crony capitalism is a farce and goes against everything Americans used to believe.
