I still think the West is largely in denial over what is transpiring in Russia. ChevronTexaco may want to play but will PetroChina let them? The two upcoming elections Coxe mentions have not been covered in the western media but Putin has put the beast into reverse and is doing an RTO of the discombobulated states AFAIKT.
