So......you are a bear! 8)

gale, kramer is dead wrong. techs will be lower 3 months from now. they may bounce, but not for long. kemet, komag and keytronic said orders are way down... good luck.

I agree that tech's could go lower as we are in a good slump, just there are too many other tech sectors besides PCs to make money in (networks & voice recognition, to name a few). Pitty the fools that buy K-Tel or Amazon.com at foolish multiples. I even feel those chasing stocks like Dell that have yet to tumble from lofty p/e's are in for a rude awakening as they learn that "Investing" does not mean "Pyramid Scheme". Just look at Oracle if you want a good history lesson... But....winding down the longwinded post..... we have rolling corrections all the time these days in the market and I think this is just another of them. I also think the Y2K will surprise many and be a good source of income for the nimble companies as the others buy new, compliant equipment to keep their businesses running. Big, large cap, tech stocks will lead the way so I would look at weakness in the range of a 52wk low as a buying opportunity. (If I am wrong, then I just keep working!)

best regards
Kirk
