Sprott owns millions of shares below .50. so selling at these prices would be very smart. Dilution on TVC, mostly sour grapes on my part!gg TVC has issued shares and issued and issued shares over the last 16 mos. First it was the Northern Ireland mine, then Slovakian gold now its uranium. Any mention of Northern Ireland anymore? Nope.

They are well situated with a lot of players as far as I can tell and the stock is performing. My usual experience in this financing situation is the stock will move down closer to the price of the financing. After all, people are paying $1.70 for this while others of privilege are getting it for 1.45 plus a half warrant to give another edge to them. That is the system, just surprised to see the stock go up, rather than down.

I was investigating another company today and found a number of directors in common. One of those directors sits on the board of TVC. He has some real success to his credit. Often those successes involved constant issuing of stock but very strong price rises too. Take your pick on their histories, it does include Desert Sun which is a big success right now and has more than 100 mil shares out, Queenstake with 500+ mil shares out, not so good. Williams resources, can't remember how many millions of shares were out went bankrupt but was the darling of the finance crowd for quite a while, lots of coverage. Greenstone Resources millions of shares lots of debt, Bay st. loved to finance it and the brokerages gave it coverage. It went bankrupt too. Must say the POG at the time of these bankruptcies was low and made operating heavily levered companies difficult. The relationship to analyst coverage and doing financings and selling shares to the public is deeply intertwined. Here is a link to that director's other company affiliations. stockwatch.com

So, TVC may have some winner properties, I don't own it anymore lost my patience but that was 40 mil shares ago. It sure is doing well right now, they have cash, should be getting coverage, so I would make hay while the sun shines and be on top of TVC's fundamentals.

Hope it continues to do well for you.
