The mcafee.com stuff's in the prospectus. Like 30 mil shares at 4.5 bucks or so. Management already took their cut @ 2 something bucks.. a win win situation for them. ofcourse it might drop like a rock after the ipo. I dont think they will get instutional support for other than flippers. neta always wondered why a lot of individuals did not buy the stock. I suppose you have to read alt.comp.virus to find the answer to that one.
