Just wanted to let everyone know that I also received a call from Peter Troop today in response to my call to Investor Relations regarding the filing of the "POISON PILL". He explained basically what the previous person said in his post about him calling. I did not speak with him personally, but he left me voice mail at my company. He explained that this was merely a extension of the expired one and the timing was quite poor. He mentioned that it was definitly not because of a takeover. I wish I could record it and pop it somewhere for you guys.. If anyone is REAL interested, I can try and get it in a wav file and send it out... Tom
