Think he is Derek. For a Republican that means have 25% support as opposed to zero. And just like with adding to the jewish vote on the margins, a rise from single digits to the mid 20s can turn the tide in many states if Powell was on the ticket. I am not naive thought and some extreme white folks may not vote for bush if powell were on the ticket. mike
