I went down to Springfield when they had the right to carry bill. Rod Blognavitch (sp?) was from South Chicago and against it. His premise was that many of his voters were muggers and a right to carry would cause problems to his voters. He got it blocked. He's now in the US Congress. IT WOULD BE UNFAIR TO THE MUGGERS????
