Not just documented. It has to have merit.

You can apply one transformation after another until you get the particular correlation you want. But if there is no rationale for doing so, it hardly improves the science.

These guys are desperate to find something to support their position. Just reading a few of the emails shows that. This is why the science has been questioned.
