Don't have the foggiest idea what you"re talking about. If you are trying to get a quote. The WHO symbol is no longer the symbol for Waterhouse. It was bought out by Toronto bank the new symbol is TD for Toronto Dominion or something like that (too lazy to check the ending name). If you are trying to get a waterhouse home page it's waterhouse.com hope this answer your question (Somehow (G))
