Needless to say, nobody's talking in INSV's management about the timing of the deal announcements. They WILL say that they are pending, which is pretty much what Murphy has been saying. Speaking of Murphy, he's been backing away from Insite for the past month or so. In fact, in the last hotline update he said there was no news. I guess Insite's recent announcement of the discovery of another mutation on the TIGR gene in glaucoma sufferers doesn't constitute news.
