I noticed that story. But it stopped short of drawing any implications for our judicial system.

If people re genetically programmed for violence, are they any more responsible for their actions than mentally ill people are?

Should people with this genetic flaw who commit crimes of violence be treated rather than punished?

Well, it sounds more compelling than the Twinkie defense!
