NO chance at all.

They would be WAY ahead of themselves.

JDSU's decline might be signaling that if SDLI got gobbled up, it would create a stronger competitor to JDSU, BUT it would all but guarantee that the ETEK deal would breeze through.

So....watch it unfold. IF ETEK starts to close the gap, something could be brewing!
