My sense Jayfish is that our share price will appreciate and hold well above the $1 USD well before the 6 month deadline imposed by the Nazdaq. There is way too much in the news pipeline to propel the share price forward!

  1. PMRA decision to remove Class I Medical devices treated with an anti-microbial- expectation is for a positive decision, which will allow all government bodies to purchase our HVAC filters coated with ZenGuard. Don't forget once the incremental revenue is booked it is very likely that revenue will become recurring. That fact is monumental to become a growth oriented company like Netflix, Google Facebook and ISP's etc.
  2. Carny Liberals and Ford Conservatives have signaled their intention to invest in the Critical Mineral supply chain in Canada. This should put Albany front and centre for funding of infrastructure to bring roads, rail lines Natural gas and extending Hydro lines to the deposit. Maybe we get some cash to fund the PFS stage of the mining cycle. Trump has taken direct 10% ownership in mining companies such as Lithium Americas and today a Canadian Miner named Trilogy, who are operating in Alaska.
  3. ZenGuard just finished it's 2nd quarter of sales domestic and international. I'm betting this number surprises the market.
  4. A new seasoned CEO search is ongoing. This alone could push the share price above the $1 USD.
The future looks good right now!
