That AOL post is a JOKE! This makes it sound like he has lots of expierence in this area... Maybe from the other side of the wall. Maybe (s)he has been involved on the company side of a similar battle and knows how to drag a lawsuit on forever....Hmmm. My advice is get with what he's trying to do and forget about your petty little grievances. Sorry Pal, but my petty little grievance comes from the fact that my investment has lost 75% in the last week or two because a bunch of imbosals (sp?) don't know how to execute a merger without shooting the company in the foot.
