csco tax rate will be reduced from 35 to 33% which should help w. margin erosion. stock bound do well in neara term once the market starts the move up. csco is very predictable and the street likes predictiblity. they always exceed by a penny. period. he knows how to manange the street. if he sez everything is hunkydory then the street will start increasing the estimates.
