For the record, I don't think Albany is in play here at all, still too early but the latest nuclear tests should have the right people taking another look at Albany. My point was that we should be trading at a percentage of NPV. That NPV would rise dramatically in a new technical report if we can include nuclear pricing. This is what Peter Wood is working very hard at getting done. Our current share price is not reflective of this whatsoever and yet the PP is probably holding us down here but that will close and when it does, I expect this to get rerated. Add a New CEO, HC approval and this company can look very different by Christmas.

We are also waiting on news of how much REE there are at Albany. In the current context with Trump/China, that could be a very nice surprise if the numbers are decent.
