Milo and Bat,

I wonder what the cost of DW was?The 10Q (Pg.9-Liquidity and Capital Resourses) just talks indirectly about it as being significantly more than the others. The closest I can get is the following :"For the 26 week period ending 6/30/96,the company spent an aggregate of approximately $21.7 million in capital expeditures related primarily to the development of (Gurnee,DW and Tysons Corner) before deducting landlord contributions."

From the report,we know about 5M after landlord contributions was Gurnee's tab,but we don't know the aggregate landlord contribution or how much spending after 6/30 DW and Tysons will require. However with $74.2M working capital as of 6/30 and 10 units to build through '97 (plus income) when 'current capital' for expansion will or may be exhausted,I get a ballpark average of $7M per unit or about Shaumbergs cost. That would put a DW at about $9M in total capital from RAIN to put in operation, which may be conservative. What's your feelings on these figures?

Regards,
Dennis
