That SEC filing is referring to MVEE's subsidiary not MVEE. MVEE has about 1,000,000,000 (billion) shares outstanding. I believe the SEC filing was intended to confuse new potential investor who might have bought some stock after the news about the Blockbuster Video deal for "After Sex" -- issue a useless SEC filing then a press release and potential investors will go straight to the latest filing and become misinformed about the number of shares outstanding.

Also, MVEE has no limit on the number of shares it can authorize and issue without shareholder approval. Further MVEE still has not proven that it has the right to sale stock in the United States.
