Nitelord: ASCT - Welcome to the thread. My guess is that the suitor would be issuing stock as opposed to a cash buyout. In that case, the price would trade at a % below their price. I would be more than happy to take up to $1 below the takeout price if/when it ever happens. Any less than that and I would be willing risk the window period while the deal gets done. TJ
