How much does NOK spend in CDMA R&D ? How would it compare to the price of QCOM ASIC's. They still are paying the royalties. How much CDMA market share has been lost because of not buying QCOM ASICS? My bet is NOK would have a similar share as they have in GSM/ TDMA. Will the battle over QCOMs "essential patents" slow the deployment of WCDMA while 1X and HDR roll along later this year. These are questions shareholders should be asking. Remove the bias and really look at the issues. BTW I have a long position in NOK and QCOM
