Well, you saw the reaction to the recent recommendations on breast cancer screening...correct or not, the new recommended screening evoked a swift and vocal reaction, which should serve to underscore the political realities of dealing with these issues.

Yup, that's why I brogut it up.

And I already posted that breast cancer screening procedures themselves are a cancer risk - X-rays and compression increase the formation of cancer cells and the risk of them spreading...

The way I see it, health care will become even more political, once government is in charge of designing plans, and even in dictating doctors how to cure things in order to obtain reimbursement.
