9+ billion is missing in Iraq. Why? Because when Kerry stalled the 87 billion funding bill and demanded accountability, the rightwing ganged up and mocked him. Now the American people are out 9+ billion. Disappeared.

Kerry was 100% right. But the smear became more important than the fact.
