Just as a follow up if any lurk here and wondered... today was the day. So, NSM holders each promised $25/ share cash hence that is of course available in today's final day trading for NSM at the full 25/share. Summary: 6 month return 4% from just about any buy in april after announced. 8% annualized not bad for a near certain deal. Very high certainly deal given huge premium paid (75%) and full agreement by both boards up front. RO
