...In that case, the comments turned out to be from a stockbroker with an interest in driving down the price... Take a look at usatoday.com. Careful accusing management of being incompetent or worse of a stock being a scam on grounds such as being incorporated in a specific state, etc... IMO, if a company has been building business for a year and have invested large amount of money plus have already good reputation and somebody starts to accuse them of scam with no proof at all - they have a right to take such investors to court. I have mentioned before, shareholders are in my view similar to employees, that is if one creates negative environment that hurts the company, they should be let go or worse taken to court. If you don't like it just leave. P.S. I have left names out of this message for legal reasons as well. Radim
