What SEC filings?

sec.gov

sec.gov

The latter filing states that RMIL will honor "prior" commitments to Morgan/Breton/Marcus. However, it does refer to the stock as rule 144 stock and if they have sold this stock they appear to be in direct violation of this rule unless they can show somehow that the stock had been owned and fully paid for for two years. They also should have submitted form 144's to state their intention to sell as you have stated. I wonder if you can short and close the box with rule 144 shares?
