If USRX were to purchase AMTX would they not "own" the technology? As well, I'm not aware of any company that will cede a market to another (56Kbps) if they can compete. I think the 56K battle ground is significant, don't get me wrong; however, within 12 months, I believe the various PR campaigns will take hold, and the general public will be made aware of the potential of ADSL and will be demanding its delivery. A groundswell, so to speak... Seems technology, and its adoption, always outstrips my wildest expectations...
