Sarah Paine and her husband are historians at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.

She's asked a question about a lack of strategic planning by the US . . .

But Paine provides background about the creation of post-WW-II institutions - and about the past and interactions between Russia, Ukraine and China and their future outcome.

The stupidity of Russian society is just beyond words - not even a Russian agent in the White House can.change the outcome for them.

All incredibly obvious, at least to me, so I obviously agree with what she says.
